Sharon Creech is a great author of two picture books, and many various Children and Teen/Young Adult titles. Two of her books have one awards; Walk Two Moons and The Wanderer. Wak Two Moons won the John Newberry Medal, given each year to the best peice of childeren's writing. The Wanderer won the Newberry Award, which is a runner-up to the Medal.
